If you consider the room for your event, please check the following instructions to ensure a smooth and troublefree event:
| Location: | Room -1.502 1st basement Sibille-Hartmann-Strasse 2-8, Entrance A |
| Capacity: | max. 25 seats Please mind the capacity constraints of 30 people due to security reasons. |
| Booking: | Booking will exclusively take place via KLIPS. |
| Access: | They key is deposited at the caretaker's office (Sibille-Hartmann-Strasse) and has to be returned immediately after every event. |
| Access Times: | Room -1.502 can be booked for the following times (according to the presence of the facility management team) Mo – Fr from 08.00 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr Sa from 08.00 Uhr bis 16.30 Uhr |
| Equipment: | A Video projector (VGA/HDMI) is installed, one VGA cable should be available, but be sure to bring your own required cable. Furthermore, an Overhead projector, Flipchart and a whiteboard is also available. |
| Seating: | We ask all users to restore the arrangement of furniture after usage. |
| Miscellaneous: | Office supplies such as flipchart paper, pens, etc. are to be organized by yourself; Please don’t forget to dispose of your waste - there is no special cleaning service provided. |
